Platform Terms and Conditions of Use 19myr

Welcome to 19myr. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 19myr platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by us. Please read this document carefully in its entirety.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 19myr platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms relating to specific promotions or services you participate in. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, a valid email address, and any other required information. All details must match your official identification documents. 19myr reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. 19myr will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Usernames and passwords are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added security.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee.
• 19myr reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

19myr accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers via major banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and more. All deposits are processed in real time.

The minimum deposit limit is as stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform. All deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. 19myr does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of players.

Every successful deposit will be credited to your account immediately. If your deposit is not received within 10 minutes, please save your proof of payment and contact our customer support with your complete transaction details.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete the full KYC process. This is a standard security measure to protect both you and the platform from fraudulent activity. All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account used for your deposit.

Under certain circumstances, 19myr reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to situations where there is unusual activity in your account, or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a specified limit.

The wagering requirement is the key condition that determines how many times you must wager your bonus amount before winnings can be converted to real cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must place bets totalling RM3,000 before winnings can be withdrawn.

19myr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the promotion system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in all bonuses being voided and the accounts involved may be terminated.

All games offered on the 19myr platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical error.

In situations where a technical issue occurs — such as an internet connection disruption, software failure, or server problem — 19myr reserves the right to void or correct the outcome of the affected game. The decision of 19myr management in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing. Any losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end are entirely the player's responsibility. For live casino games, certain rules may vary by game provider.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 19myr platform:

• Use of automated software (bots) — The use of any software, scripts, or automated programs to play or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Identity fraud — Registering using another person's identity or providing false information during the KYC process.
• Money laundering — Using the 19myr platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse — Using multiple accounts or other methods to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Collusion — Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or table games.
• System Disruption — Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the 19myr systems.

19myr is not liable for any losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet service failures, power outages, government actions, or natural disasters. 19myr's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident.

You may close your 19myr account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to you once withdrawal conditions have been met.

19myr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any term of this agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In such cases, 19myr reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the completion of the investigation.

• Voluntary account termination can be requested via 24/7 customer support.
• Eligible balances will be returned within 3–5 business days after verification.
• Accounts terminated due to fraudulent activity are not eligible for a refund of remaining balance.
• Players whose accounts are terminated for violations are not permitted to re-register.

19myr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via your registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
